Meet My Staff
2018 was a transitional year for this agency, as I am sure some of you were aware. I do want to take a moment of your time to reintroduce myself, your insurance agent, and my team members. Some of you may not be aware that I started this agency in 2007 with zero clients, and drawing from my 30 years of financial and insurance experience, I grew to the office I am today. I thank all of you for that.
Through the years I have provided you with clear and precise information, either directly or through my staff, to help you manage the uncertainties that may impact your prized possessions, be it your Home, Auto, or your Family’s Well-being.
I began 2019 by upgrading the computer system in order to improve the way we access, retain, and process information for our clients. The next was a complete staff change in order to build a stronger team to better serve your needs. I have brought in 4 new people with more experience, knowledge, and ability to provide customer friendly service.
We, as a team, have revamped and improved procedures that will make this agency a more friendly and efficient office. I would like to invite you to stop by and meet my new team in person, but in the mean time I would like to introduce you to the new team members.
Nick Rowe, our new Office Manager, is a Port Orange resident that graduated from Father Lopez. Nick brings years of Insurance and realty experience to the office. His fresh ideas by conducting business via Text Messaging, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media outlets allows our client to contact this agency on your schedule. This is making business more personal and efficient.
Heather Staples, Senior Sales Associate, a married mother of 2 with more than 7 years as a licensed insurance agent. Heather who brings her years of experience, matched with a wonderful personality, provides a pleasurable interaction between our agency and our clients. She helps our clients meet their insurance needs, and being a Notary Public is just an added addition to this agency.
Mary Marshall, a licensed Sales/customer service professional, rounds out our Customer Service Department. Mary’s attention to detail and knowledge of Allstate and all other companies and various policies offered at this office makes her an asset to this agency and our valued clients.
Geoff Cunningham, our Financial Specialist is our newest team member that adds a new service to our clients. Geoff, as a former Regional Vice President of one of the largest Insurance agencies in the South brings over 10 years of experience in the insurance and retirement planning arena. His knowledge of multiple Life, Health, Annuity, and LTC products and applicable situations makes him and this office a valuable resource for any type of planning.
My staff and I will be striving to give you the assurance and comfort in knowing that all of the risks that may affect you and your family will be protected.
